We take pride in offering serious luxury tough watches. If your timepiece has any problems within the first year of service for Harbormaster, or two years for Naviator™, we fix it! Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and give us the details of the problem. We will send you a 'Service Order' to include with your watch. Please send the watch only with no straps. All instructions for the service are contained on the 'Service Order'. items not included in our one or two year no fuss warranty are: •water damage due to customer removing case back or operating chronograph pushers in or around water, or not having crown properly screwed down and tightened while in or around water. •Serious damage caused by improper use by wearer. If you are not 100% satisfied with your new STØLÅS watch you can send it back for an exchange or full refund. All watches must be in unused, unworn condition with all tags attached, and returned to STØLÅS within one day of receipt. You must email us in advance notifying us of the immediate return. This policy is in place to maintain the quality of the watch to other customers.
